Our bootcamp sessions are always different and include strength workouts, high intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing, classic circuit training, kettle bell training, core conditioning, stretching and flexibility. You will never know what to expect at your next bootcamp session.
Whether you’re a beginner or a long time fitness enthusiast Maggie Island Bootcamp caters for all ages and fitness levels. Deb is here to help you achieve your goals. Training is scheduled in blocks to maximise results and there are both morning and evening sessions available.
